My name is Gosia - I am a 46 year old mum of 2 with over 16 years of experience training people, from beginner through to athlete.


I love and live fitness and believe it's easy to become complacent about your own health and fitness, with our busy lifestyle and daily demands placed on us. Many women find motivating themselves hard work or even impossible.


While working with me I can teach you to stop looking at Personal Training as a luxury - instead, you will come to appreciate it as a lifestyle change, making a real difference to long-term health and well-being.
